We aim to dispatch your order on within 1-2 working days, and in general we try and dispatch all orders made before noon on the same working day, however this depends on no payment delays or any other issues upon order completion. In normal cases, we will let you know and aim to resolve and dispatch within 3 working days.
Where items are out of stock we will deliver your order when the order is complete. In any event you will be updated if lead times are to be exceeded. In all cases we endeavour to despatch your order within 28 days.
UK Delivery
There are two choices of delivery, Economy or UK Mainland Express. We normally use our courier UK Mail, however at occasion we sometimes chooses to use Royal Mail services. All services will require a signature at delivery and it is important that there is someone arranged to sign for this to avoid any delays or any extra charges.
Economy Service - Generally start from £4.00 and this will vary depending on the size and weight of the order. This normally takes three to five working days. If our customers have not received it by 5 working days, then contact us on enquiries@mabyland.com and we will assist you in chasing this item.
UK Mainland Express - A flat rate of £10, this excludes areas such as Northern Ireland, North of Scotland, Channel Islands, Repulic of Ireland and all other offshore destination. However If customers wishes to use the Next Working Day Delivery on these excluded areas, then please contact us and we will provide you with a new postage cost. Otherwise, please choose our Economy Service which will cover these areas.
For orders over value of £30 in any one purchase, we offer FREE delivery, this can take upto 4 working days.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to insure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. When there is no one at the address the courier will leave a card to show that they have been and how to re-arrange a new delivery or collection. If re-delivery is not arranged in 5 working days, then it will be returned back to MaByLand. For UK Mail next working day delivery, the carrier will attempt to deliver items a maximum of twice.
MaByLand Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that have been left by the carrier. Stolen, lost or pilfered deliveries left in this manner will be entirely the responsibility of the customer. This request must be made at the time of ordering as the courier will not leave items without a signature unless indicated to do so in writing by MaByLand Ltd.
MaByLand Ltd will not be responsible for extra delivery charges that arise as a result of failed deliveries. Charges for extra delivery attempts or change of delivery address will be payable by the customer. There is a £20 charge to the customer for consignments that are returned to MaByLand Ltd due to a failed delivery.
- Please also note that MaByLand cannot be hold responsible for any unexpected problems arises with the courier service as this is out of our control. However, we will inform you any updates at all times if there is any disruption on their services
Collection from our London Wimbledon Office
For customer who lives in London near Wimbledon, then it may be an easier option for them to come by to our Wimbledon Office (5 Leopold Road, SW19 7BB) to pick up their orders. Simply fill in the comment box upon placing the order, specifying the date (working day only) and time you wish to collect and we will get back to you to confirm the agreed date and time! Upon collection, remember to bring along the order receipt.
Special Postage Prices
We sometimes work with companies and offer their members special promotional and postage prices, these are strictly used by those members and offers only. If selected by mistake, you may be charged the correct postage fee. When this option is selected, the order will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery, which will usually take uypto 3 working days to arrive. However if our customers have not received it by 15 working days, then we will assist in seeking compensation from Royal Mail.
Example: Special Postage For BOUNTY Members ONLY - This means only Bounty members are allowed to select this option.International Delivery
For international deliveries, they are handled by Royal Mail.

Delivery Terms
All delivery dates are for guidance only and the Company will not be held to any delivery date indicated.
The Company will make delivery of the Goods where the Customer has paid for delivery, or the order value exceeds the current free delivery threshold. The method of delivery shall be at the Company's sole discretion. Any special delivery requirements shall be charged to the Customer.
Any unloading of the Goods at the delivery address the customer has requested will be the responsibility of the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the Goods if so required.
Where the Goods are delivered by instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate invoice.- Privacy & Security

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
We want our customers to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 7 working days from receipt of goods, (exceptions apply for hygiene and safety reasons on some items such as clothing). You will need to provide written notice to us by post or the 'Contact Us' section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, please also ensure you have proof of postage to avoid any issues or lost in the post. For those who choose to use Royal Mail, we advise using either the recorded signed for or special delivery post. The goods must be returned to the following address:

All refunds are paid within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Should goods be damaged or faulty please call customer services on 020 8879 0080 or email enquiries@mabyland.com within 7 days of your purchase. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, and not for other reasons such as a simply unwanted item.

The following conditions apply:- For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your basket.
