There are many ways that we can lose weight after birth, you can go to the gym to burn more energy, but I think breastfeeding your baby, pushing a heavy buggy would do the trick!

Oh, and of course if you have more than one child, that would definately work, without you even realising it!

My days consist of rigid routines as I have two little beasties, one I called "schnuffle monkey" and the other I called "smiley". Both have their routine which I stick to, as well as my work commitments.

So juggling two children with work has been hard work, but worth it! Seeing them smiling, watching them grow so quickly, especially their brain development, how things suddenly click with them one day and tell you about it! Sometimes I enjoy just watching them play, and forget all of my day to day worries, it's very relaxing and soothing...

All of this has contributed to my weight loss. With 2 babies, I lost a total of 13 pounds, not bad I thought! I actually managed to get in the those tight fitting dresses that I once bought on sale and motivate myself to get in it, never works of course, until now!

Although I have to say, breastfeeding makes you lose the weight and get back to shape quickly, there is one little downside, is your breast also gets smaller! But I guess the main reason is that we're feeding our children! So all those important nutrients have gone into them. When I think about how healthy they are, I think it's worth it!

What about you? How did you lose your weight?
